How can I access my account if I’ve forgotten my user ID or password?

To have your password automatically reset, just click on the forgot your password? link on the login page. A new password will be automatically e-mailed to you. Please remember that the password will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when you originally registered.

If your e-mail address has changed, or you’ve forgotten your user ID….

Contact the site administrator. Simply click the link at the bottom of this page, complete and submit the brief form, and you will receive a response by e-mail as promptly as possible.

What can I do if I’ve entered my password but I still can’t access the site?

First, double check to make sure you’ve entered the correct user ID & password combination. Also, remember passwords are case sensitive, and must be entered exactly the same way every time you log in.

How can I complete the registration process if I have a duplicate user ID?

The system of user ID creation was designed to yield user IDs which would be both easy to remember and present a small chance of duplication. In the unlikely event that a previously-registered user has the same user ID you are attempting to enter, we suggest creating a 1-digit variation in you user ID (e.g., if the combination of your birth month and date and last four digits of your social security number creates the user ID 01023456, and this number is unusable, try 01023457 instead).

Note: this difficulty should not arise for new users registering after [insert live date for new user ID system], as the site will recognize the user's e-mail address as the user ID.
